The water main has been repaired and water service for Block 17 has been restored. Boil water notices have been posted to everyone affected by the outage. Please follow the instructions on the notice until a rescind notice is delivered. The lab usually requires 48 hours to verify that no bacteria made it into the water main.
Water service will be turned off in Block 17, between Myron and Merrill Ave while repairs are made to the water main. We expect this repair will take 3-4 hours. Once water service is restored, a boil water advisory will be in effect until we are certain that no bacteria has entered the system.

This notice board will be used as a form of communication with customers in the case of an emergency, or a planned water outage.
